Salem Food Products Pvt Ltd is a part of the OPG Group of Industries, which is in the Flour Milling Business since 4 decades. The Group has set up its foremost automated flour mill in the year 1962 on the name Salem Roller Flour Mill, in 1988 it went for an expansion and separate unit in the name of Salem Food Products established. In the year 2004 it got established as Salem Food Products Pvt LTD. We have captured entire Tamilnadu.
In the next seven years, we project ourselves to be in every city in the southern region as well as in villages by keeping our eyes on product quality as well. To be seen as one of the major wheat product players in the existing market.
Wheat comes with different parameters sourcing from different states and different soils. With stringent process parameters, we maintain the wheat blending according to the quality of finished products required by the customer. We change the blending procedures from time to time as per natural seasons and required parameters by customers. We have an in-house Lab headed by an experienced Chemist who carries out these tests and suggests further actions to the Miller.

Due to the critical importance of the safety and quality of food provided to our citizens, the organization established a quality control lab with experienced and dedicated lab technicians. Our lab technicians test each product on a daily basis to get the parameters of Gluten, Sedimentation Value, Acid Insoluble Ash, Protein, Moisture, Water Absorption, Ash Content, and Alcoholic Acidity. We do provide test reports for perusal upon request. We guarantee the quality of our products within the shelf Life.
SFPL is equipped with a full-fledged LAB, to test the quality of the Wheat and Finished Products which is Maida. Silos have been constructed to store Wheat. Our packing is in 90 kg Gunny Bag, 50 Kg HDP Bags, and 10 kg HDP. We did start 5kgs 1 kg,1/2kg packing and supplied to Food World.
